The objectives of the implemented project were: O1 - Acquisition by the 77 participants of practical experience and learning outcomes in accordance with the SPP qualification through practical internships in economic agents on the European labor market, in order to increase the chances of employment upon completion of studies. O2 - Improving the key and transversal competences of the 77 participants, by practicing them in professional and non-formal contexts, so that at the end of the mobilities the students will be more interested in their own personal training and development; O3 - Offering equal opportunities to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, by participating in the mobility of at least 35 students in this category, in order to increase self-esteem and motivation for learning. O4 - Increasing the quality of vocational training practices by using the experience gained and the partnerships created to reorganize the activities of the internships carried out in the member schools in order to increase by 20% the easy integration of graduates into the labor market.
The project "Practical internships for European economic agents-competent at European standards and increased employment opportunities" was initiated by the VET consortium consisting of 3 technological high schools in Ilfov County, coordinated by the Technological High School Cezar Nicolau Branesti as the applicant and the Technological High School Barbu A. Stirbey Buftea, Nicolae Balcescu Technological High School Volunteers, members. The project aims to contribute to high-quality initial education and training, to the development of key and professional competencies specific to the labor market, to increase the employability of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, by providing training opportunities and gaining practical experience. in the workplace. The labor market in the field of services is very competitive, and students need very good training according to EU requirements. Although they have theoretical notions, students are not sufficiently prepared practically to face the labor market and the harsh selection that takes place after graduating from high school and encounter difficulties when they want to get a job.
