Specific objectives of the project: 1. Ensuring quality training and the development of the professional skills of 36 participants, the training of specialized technical skills and the use of modern technology in the field of qualification adapted to the requirements of the labor market, which will develop their capacity for professional insertion. 2. Better preparation for the transition from school to the workplace of the 36 participants, who will develop key organizational, entrepreneurial, professional communication and cooperation skills with teammates. 3. The personal development of the 36 participants who will become familiar with working in a European company, with European standards and values, will have developed linguistic, social and cultural skills, being better able to participate actively and responsibly in society, to work and live in a European cultural and social background. 4. Strengthening the European dimension of the school and its ability to operate internationally through the transfer of European best practices in training and through the development of competencies regarding the management of mobility of 8 teaching staff and managers who will be involved in the project.
The "Quality training in the field of automation through European mobility" project contributed to increasing the quality of training and the European dimensions of the school, by ensuring a quality form for 36 students from Craiova Energetic High School, who participated in the European training placement of three weeks organized in the companies ANDI Solartec Solutions Ltd. and A.K.M. Network Ltd. of Paphos, Cyprus. The target group was made up of students from the 11th and 12th grades of high school, electronics-automation field, professional qualification: Telecommunications technician and 10th vocational education, electrical field, professional qualification Electrician devices and electrical and energy equipment - stream I, and stream II included students from the 11th and 12th grade of high school, electronics-automation field, professional qualification: Technician in automation and 10th vocational education, electrical field, professional qualification apparatus and equipment electrician electrical and energetic. All the 36 participants carried out their mobility between 21.03.2022 - 08.04.2022 and were accompanied by 4 teachers.
