By implementing this project, Liceul Teoretic Novaci wanted to increase: - the quality of the professional and personal training of 25 students from the technical qualification in tourism and 3 students from the professional, the qualification Hotel worker by carrying out the practical training internships at high class standards, at economic agents from the EU -the prestige of the institution among the parents of the students and in the community -the European dimension by concluding collaboration protocols with EU institutions -accessing and winning as many European funded projects as possible -the number of graduates inserted on the labor market from the technological chain in the field of professional training, tourism and food, the qualification of technician in tourism. The training mobility had a direct impact on the development of the participants' personality by familiarizing them with a new culture and another way of thinking, developing communication and relationship skills in intercultural environments, civic and linguistic skills in English, preparing for their future insertion on the labor market.
The aim of the project was to increase the quality of the professional and personal training for 28 students of Novaci Theoretical High School by participating in practical training for 21 days at economic agents in tourism in Spain. The specific objectives of the project, formulated in accordance with the needs of the candidate institution and of the future participants, folded on the requirements of the labor market were: 1.To develop the level of professional and personal competencies, in accordance with the Curriculum and SPPs related to the qualification of technician in tourism for 25 high school students, technological chain, service profile, tourism and food, technician qualification in tourism and for 3 students from the professional field of tourism The qualification Hotel worker has, in accordance with the Curriculum and the SPPs related to the qualification Hotel worker. 2. To develop communication skills in Spanish for the 28 participants. 3. To develop the European dimension of the Novaci Theoretical High School by concluding bilateral partnership agreements with profile institutions in Spain and accessing and winning new projects with European funding.
