Development of a transnational partnership between the school and 3 European companies to support the mobility of young people and to contribute to increasing the attractiveness and quality of education and training.
The mobility project "Become a skilled professional" whose beneficiary was the Technological High School G. Moisil Bistrita, has resulted from the needs and weak points identified at an institutional level, especially in the main PAS strategic document 2019-2023. The learning mobility carried out in partnership with the 3 Spanish companies in the automotive and mechanical field was an effective solution to increase the quality of the initial professional training process for 42 students of our school, to stimulate learning performance and linguistic skills , to increase the degree of insertion on the labor market, to develop the entrepreneurial spirit and self-esteem for the students who come from vulnerable social backgrounds in a proportion of 95% , to reduce the phenomenon of early school leaving as well as to attract a larger number of students toward the school's level 3 qualifications. Through this project we also managed to cover the deficiencies in terms of number and quality of training conventions, the poor equipment of the school workshops that do not match the technological advances in the auto repair industry or CNC machinery, as well as to create useful educational resources in the specialized culture.
