Background

Colegiul Tehnic „Ioan Ciordas” is the only educational unit in Beius that offers training in the professional and technical field and faces problems in attracting students and, during schooling, their motivation for quality professional training to ensure educational success. In this context, the school addresses a segment of poorly motivated students, who have not always benefited from quality guidance and counselling and have not based their educational path on real vocational skills. Our school, as a provider of education, must act in the direction of strengthening the capacity for professional insertion and guiding towards a successful career that will ensure future graduates professional security and well-being and at the same time support the career and promote the personal development of teachers. The most relevant needs of the school that can be solved through this project: • increasing the quality of education by adapting the training contents to the needs of the labour market • preparing students for integration into the labour market • harmonization of learning methods and activities with the needs of employers • developing and consolidating new European partnerships.
