Through the project we pursued: 1. Improving the professional training offered according to the relevance for the labor market in order to increase the employability of graduates 2. Increasing participation and facilitating access to VET programs for students from vulnerable groups, improving their employment potential 3. Professional development and improvement of teaching staff providing education 4. The development of new partnerships on the European labor market. Specific objectives of the project aimed \: O1. The acquisition by 23 participants of knowledge, skills, specific abilities, necessary for insertion on the labor market, recognized and certified by ECVET and Europass. O2. Opening up to European cultural values, improving language and key skills for a good adaptation to a multicultural socio-professional environment O3. Improving the employment potential for 8 participants with level 3 qualification (Erasmus Pro) O4: Increasing the quality of teaching-learning approaches and the quality of the managerial act by implementing 10 VET Staff mobility O5: Development of 6 partnerships with companies and institutions of interest for the profile of the school, students and graduates.
Through the project "MOBILITY OF TRAINING FOR A BORDERLESS FUTURE" implemented between 01.09.2020 - 31.08.2022 by the Grigore Moisil Technological High School, we aimed to meet the constraints from the external environment related to the drastic decrease in the school population in the recruitment area, Hunedoara county and to find a solution to solve the problems in the internal environment, the low rate of participation and success in the baccalaureate exam and transition to higher qualification levels. We aimed to increase, through the project, the quality of the educational act and professional training activities and to bring, through its results, added value in the career prospects of students and graduates, in the didactic and managerial careers of VET professionals and as a whole we give prestige and international recognition to our high school. The outbreak of the pandemic had a negative effect on the implementation period of the project,which was extended by 12 months and led to the modification of the target groups established in the approved application, but due to the decisions taken, with the approval of the National Agency, we managed to send more participants on mobility and we are finishing the project.
