THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT were: O1. The acquisition in an international context, on the principle of equal opport, of profes. skills specific to the qualific. Textile and Hairstylist at the level of profess.l standards and the current requirements of the labor market for 30 VET st. from LTEZ, in the year 2020-2021, which will ensure them employment opport.; O2. Improving the linguistic, social and intercult. skills of 30 VET stud. from LTEZ through direct contact with Eu cultural environments; O3. The development of partnerships with VET comp/instit. at the international level to promote workplace learning through international mobility of VET students and European values at the LTEZ level. We consider that the proposed objectives have been achieved: O1.16 students confectioners prod. textiles (of which 2 with CES-social inclusion) and 14 hairdresser stylists students obtained comp. professionals in the European context; equal opportunities - 28 students with reduced opportunities and 2 with special needs; O2. 30 st. trainees improved their language skills through direct contact with European environments O3. We have developed partnerships with 3 VET companies/institutions with the aim of promoting learning at the workplace.
The contexts that led to the development and submission of the project were: INTERNAL: -we wanted to have our own Erasmus+ projects, not just to be partners in others' projects (Macedonia 2015-2016), to have new learning and cultural experiences, to develop ourselves, both teachers and students -we wanted to offer young people a change of mentality, the opportunity for professional, emotional, linguistic and social self-improvement, the chance to be able to work anywhere in Europe, to become European citizens -I already had a rich experience on the etwinning platform for over 10 years in over 20 projects that obtained European quality certificates (at the national project competition in 2018 I won the I and II prizes with two projects); in the 2019-2020 school year we founded the etwinning project "Tailoring and hairdressing - the trades of beauty", as the basis for the future E+ VET project - the application submitted in the previous year did not obtain funding EXTERNAL: - I had the opportunity to participate in a Mobility Workshop E+ Vocational Training. VET-ECVET org. of ANPCDEFP in Satu Mare; - I heard that other schools in the county also obtained funding through E+ projects and had the opportunity to learn and visit Europe
