The "Learning through European training placements - the basis of a successful career" project proposed to ensure quality training for 48 students who completed a European training placement. The project contributed to the modernization of training and to the increase of the European dimension in the curriculum. Within the project, in partnership with European companies, 3 training CDLs were implemented in fields of activity required on the European labor market, which will be reflected in the following years in the training within the Romanian partners and in the elaboration of other CDLs inspired by the project.. The project responded to the needs of equipping students with knowledge technical and practical skills required by employers on the regional, national and European labor market, the needs identified at the school level for increasing the quality of training and strengthening the European dimension.
The "Learning through European training placements - the basis of a successful career" project was based on the objectives of the school's development and internationalization strategy established in PAS, the major decision-making milestones at national level (RLAI, PRAI, National Reform Program, National Employment Strategy Workforce 2013-2020 and is in agreement with European educational policies regarding education, training and employment (ET 2020, Bruge Communiqué, Agenda for new skills and jobs). The project responds to the needs of equipping students with the technical knowledge and practical skills required by employers on the regional, national and European labor market, the needs identified at the school level to increase the quality of training and strengthen the European dimension.
