The project responded to the common needs of the 6 schools: TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF THE CAREER GUIDANCE OF OUR MATH-COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENTS - to orient them towards IT, in accordance with the deficit of IT specialists, so as not to lose their initial training investment, <50 % of our graduates choosing faculties in other fields, potentially becoming unemployed. It responded to the need of the target group to get in contact with the European IT labor market, to understand its requirements, develop key competences, cultural, professional, self-knowledge in a real European work environment. TO DEVELOP AND INTERNATIONALIZE CONSORTIUM SCHOOLS - to adapt our (extra)curricular offer to the employers' requirements, to align with common quality, evaluation and recognition standards, to allow the insertion and flexibility of the trainee on the labor market. It enabled collaboration with European institutions, contact with the labor market, with IT trends, to increase the quality of training and meet the students' needs to develop their skills and give them equal employment opportunities with graduates from other countries. We organized internships in other European countries IT professional practice has no legal framework in Romania.
