In the context of a globalized environment, students have to be able to capitalize on all the learning opportunities available throughout the EU. VET mobilities encourage the acquiring of knowledge, skills, and competencies for active participation in society and the labor market. The study of the labor market has offered a starting point in designing the educational plan and the development of training activities through practical training internships at local economic agents and partners from EU countries. The development of tourism has led to an increase in available jobs in this field, as well as the IT field, which has developed at an accelerated pace in recent years. The objectives pursued to ensure the sustainability of the instructional-educational process were: reducing the rate of school dropout and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds; the development of the skills, attitude, technical and personal competencies corresponding to the workplace in order to successfully integrate the graduates into the European labor market; making students responsible for their professional training; reducing situations with difficulties in adapting to the requirements of the workplace; the implementation of IT technologies.
