The objectives of the implemented project were: O1. Signing of 4 partnerships for training mobilities of VET Learners in Spain, Italy, Poland and Germany aiming at the organization of 84 learning mobilities at and for the workplace for students enrolled in the economic-technician in economic activities, technician in administration, for 3 weeks, 6 streams of 14 students in the next 2 school years during the practical training period established by the school's CA O2. Signing a partnership for VET Staff training mobilities in Spain aimed at increasing the opportunities for continuous training of two streams of 5 VET teachers for 1 week of mobility in Spain in the second semester, years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 Following the approval of the project, funding was allocated for the signing of 3 partnerships for student mobility in Spain, Italy and Germany and a partnership for teacher mobility in Spain. Consequently, mobilities took place in the 3 mentioned countries for 70 students and 10 VET teachers.
The project "Higher Opportunities for Professionals in Europe - HOPE" was initiated by the Superior School of Commerce Nicolae Kretzulescu in 2020. The project aimed to contribute to the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills, at the level required by SPP, to the development of key and professional skills specific to the labor market, by offering professional training opportunities and gaining practical experience at the workplace for students in the economic field. Also, within the project, we proposed that VET teachers benefit from the updating of their professional skills in the use of modern teaching-learning-evaluation methods and anchoring them in the reality of the labor market through direct contact with economic agents and institutions. The labor market in the economic field is very competitive, and students need a very good training according to EU requirements. Although they have theoretical knowledge, the students are not sufficiently prepared practically to face the labor market and the fierce selection that takes place after graduating from high school and face difficulties when they want to get a job. The implemented project represented a viable alternative to meet the identified needs.
