The objectives we set and achieved were: -partic training of students of a theoretical high school directly at work -promoting non-discrimination of any kind and gender equality - bringing young people closer to the practical part of learning so that the insertion on the labor market after finishing high school is done naturally; -development of social, civic and inter-cultural skills - assuming the common European values and increasing the awareness of the fact that the Romanian school belongs to the concern of the European schools and the young people are future employees with qualifications equivalent to those of the European colleagues; -improving the state of discipline and attention to everything that happens around them, thus correcting the apparent state of indifference that our students display towards any subject except those circulated in the online environment; -increasing the motivation for learning computer science by concretizing the obvious connection between what is taught in class and the applications which I can do with the help of these classical theories; -improving communication skills in a foreign language and in technical language. -developing the capacity for self-evaluation and confidence in the strengths and possibilities of each young person.
The needs analysis made in the school before submitting the application highlighted the need to increase the quality of professional practice and to modernize teaching methods, European collaboration, mutual tolerance and collaboration with European and Romanian schools in the same field of educational interest. Analyzing the current practices and the technical possibilities with which the training is carried out in our school, we considered it necessary to extend and update the professional training for students. We considered that, during this mobility, the students will gain an important experience in terms of the real business environment, in companies that operate according to the European model. Their experience and knowledge will be useful in various investment programs in the geographical area where our school is. We described a sustainable project in the application because the participants shared the experiences gained with classmates and school colleagues in workshops. Therefore, improving the quality of internships is a necessity due to which I submitted the application. The students have gained experience in terms of the real business environment, practicing in european IT companies.
