The general objective is to offer students from the math-info and educator-learner specializations the chance to participate in a European training course in order to achieve a quality education and to ensure the initial training of the future workforce. We wanted to ensure opportunities for professional development of students, in order to acquire skills for which there are high chances of employment as well as for continuing professional development. Specific objectives: O1. Increasing the quality of the initial professional training provided by our high school, by increasing the adaptability of our students to the current requirements of the labor market, through the school-European institution partnership O2. Acquiring the competencies and practical skills of a group of 42 students, regarding the design, implementation and evaluation of pedagogical practice activities for preschoolers, the use of the C+++ language through a learning placement, in order to ensure a better transition from at school to active life O3. The development of the key competencies of the 42 students, such as social and civic, digital, communication in foreign languages, entrepreneurship and especially the "learning to learn" component
In our educational unit, there are 2 classes each specializing in math-info intensive computer science, one - educator-childcare specialist and one teacher-educator. The project was born as a result of two weak points of our school: - a significant number of students from math-info, at the beginning of the 11th grade, want to transfer to the class with a human profile, in order not to take the baccalaureate exam in mathematics, computer science or science. By selecting them as the target group, we want . to make them show a favorable attitude towards science, thus preventing the abandonment of the profile or school failure. - our educator-learner and mathematics-informatics students lack the practical activity at work, at economic providers and kindergartens in the European space. Thus, by capitalizing on the opportunity to benefit from a training period in Spanish kindergartens and IT companies, we have given a greater pragmatic dimension and anchored in the requirements of the labor market for our mathematics-informatics and pedagogy graduates, a situation reflected in the increase in the percentage of graduates who focused on in-depth studies in their field of training.
