We aimed to achieve the following 3 specific objectives by implementing the project: 0b1: 28 students from technological high school education and vocational education from Lechinta Technological High School to benefit experiences and skills specific to the qualifications for which they are preparing, Horticultural Technician or Lacatus constructions metal and industrial machinery, at the level of the performance criteria in the SPP, in real production, working conditions,in a international context, validated, recognized and readable in the context of education, training and work for a stand-out CV and increasing the chances of employment and professional success in the graduated qualification field Ob.2" 28 students to improve their communication skills in foreign languages, social and cultural, personal skills for increased chances of insertion on the national and international labor market Ob.3: 3 sustainable transnational partnerships, of which an ECVET partnership will enrich the map of the economic partnership of the high school for the development of the European dimension of VET by capitalizing on the opportunities offered by the new European program in the field of training.
The Lechinta Technological High School in Lechinta village,Bistrita Nasaud county aimed to equip school students,from the technological high school education classes,Agriculture and vocational education,Mechanics field, through the "Erasmus+HortiVitiVin, today and tomorrow" project,who come from part of families with poor material means,children from large families,the majority of rroma from the villages around it and come to continue their studies without having the possibility to travel 25 km to the municipality of Bistrita,with the necessary skills for professional insertion and social by offering them high quality education and training in the technological context offered by a large wine-viticulture center and a horticultural society specialized in flower culture from Portugal The project is part of the high school's efforts to solve the following problems: -reducing school dropout and absenteeism -promoting the social inclusion of students with low opportunities -consolidation of the international dimension of education and training activities -the modernization of VET offered by the educational unit through the implementation of ECVET in order to ensure the recognition of the results learning obtained in different contexts.
