The Gen.Obj.of the project was to improve the professional and personal skills of 36 students, through mobilities in European partner organizations,so that at the end of their studies, all participants obtained the qualifications "Excellent" or "Very good" for the professional skills certification exam. Due to the implementation of the project the following specific objectives were achieved: O1.Development of specialized knowledge and skills for 35 students, 27 from vocational education and 8 from high school, of which 10 students with fewer opportunities,through internships with European partners, so that at the end of their studies,they are better prepared for employment O2.Improvement of transversal and linguistic skills for 35 participants, through practical training in European companies,so that at the end of the internship 90% of them can communicate in English and are better prepared for employment and adult life O3.Diversification and deepening of transnational partnerships by establishing new collaboration platforms,at various levels,which have contributed to increasing the quality of the educational act,of the institution's managerial practices and to providing opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds
One of the main objectives of our school is the professional and personal training of our students,so that they can adapt to the needs of the labor market and can be connected to European values,which was reflected in the implementation of 16 Eu projects.The implementation of the projects contributes to improving the school image,to attracting students to technical education,to developing partnerships.The targeted areas are:improving the professional,linguistic and social skills of the students,the training of teachers,the implementation of modern methods,the reduction of unemployment.Starting from the needs identified we decided for the 2020-2024 horizon to adopt a strategy aimed at the internationalization of the teaching approach and the accentuation of the European dimension of education,through which we will improve the quality of education.This project was initiated to meet the following needs:to strengthen the professional training of students in modern workshops,to develop students' motivation,to increase students' self-esteem,to improve access to academic and professional performance for students from disadvantaged groups,to improve the professional and social skills of students,to increase the quality of the education.
