Background

The context that led to the submission of the project was related to improving the European dimension of the educational activity through participation in educational projects in partnership with institutions from the EU states. This was strategic target no. 7 of the school's development strategy, aimed at helping students face the challenges launched by globalization and the globalization of medical services in particular, to become responsible citizens professionally and personally, but also to increase their employment opportunities on the national and international labor market. The project aimed at developing the practical skills specific to the specialty modules of the general medical assistant qualification. The students from the project's target group were among the first graduates to apply the new Professional Training Standards (approved by O.M.E.N. 3499/2018). Following the application of the new standards, the problems related to the insufficient endowment in the school and within the economic operator aggravated. The project pursued the optimization of the teaching-learning-evaluation process and its correlation with European education models, according to strategic target 5 of the school's development strategy.
