Background

The European Development Plan of the "Virgil Madgearu" Economic College subscribes to the 2020 European Strategy, according to which the EU member states have identified a new set of priorities for sustainable economic growth and in favour of inclusion. One of our EDP priorities is "Institutional development by promoting external partnership, implementing and running at a high quality level educational and professional training projects, which develop professional skills, values, attitudes, responsibilities at the national and European level"; from the internal analysis carried out, it was concluded that the participation of teaching staff and students in various training courses in European countries had a positive impact on the teaching style of teachers, but also on the involvement of students in the didactic act. The institution's international approach and capitalizing on the opportunity for our students to participate in an Erasmus+ mobility facilitated their contact with the demands of the labor market in the fields of training and with the European cultural space, increased their confidence in their own strengths and in the practical application of theoretical knowledge, facilitating a better insertion on the labor market.
