This project, entitled 'Competences and skills, acquired during the practical training courses, at European level', with the acronym CAD is a mobility project within the Erasmuss + program which has as a general objective the development of professional practical skills for 51 students from Costesti Technological High School, from professional qualifications mechanic agricultural, organic farming and commerce, in order to facilitate their insertion on a modern and competitive labor market. The specific objectives are: 1.Acquiring learning outcomes for 21 students from the qualification "Worker in organic farming", from the Costesti Technological High School, in a European context, during the internship; 2. The acquisition of learning results for 10 students from the qualification "Technician in commercial activities", in European companies, during the internship; 3. The acquisition of learning outcomes for 20 students (18 participants) from the “Agricultural Mechanic” qualification, from the Costesti Technological High School, in European context, during the internship; 4. The personal development took part generated by the enrichment of the social, civic, intercultural, linguistic, selforganizing competences but also the increase of self-esteem for 51 participants from LTCostesti, during the project; 5. The increase of the European dimension and of the internationalization of LTCostesti, during the period determined by the collaboration with European partners
We applied for this project because it was a great opportunity for our school to meet the NEEDS identified following a SOWT analysis, namely: - carrying out internships of high quality practical training, at European level, in European countries, in real working conditions; - attracting students to our school and to the professional qualifications of agriculture, agricultural mechanic and technician in trade-high school activities, given the requirement of economic operators in Costesti and the southern part of Arges county; -developing the European cooperation of the school, so as to increase the quality of the education offered to our trainees and the European dimension of the school, through European partnerships; -encouraging students towards a quality education that will help them acquire practical skills, linguistic and cultural skills, increase the self-esteem of all our graduates - absolutely necessary requirements for insertion on the labor market. For 15 months, internships The practice period was 90 hours. 10 high school students (Trade), 21 professional students (Worker in organic farming), 18 students - vocational school (Agricultural mechanic) participated. 49 participants practiced at the VET organization EUIESA
