The purpose of the project was to increase the European dimension of the education offered to LEC students, by capitalizing on the skills acquired as a result of carrying out practical activities within specialized organizations in the European space. By implementing the project we wanted to achieve the following objectives: 1. The development of at least 70% of professional skills specific to the Electric/Electronic fields, for 30 high school students, in a real work environment, within Spanish and Portuguese companies, by achieving URÎ-12,16 and URÎ 11 from SPP 2. Improving the language skills of the 30 mobility participants, from level A2 to B1, increasing the ability to adapt to different professional, social and cultural environments through linguistic and cultural training activities and placement in Spanish and Portuguese private companies 3. Development of cooperation with other European organizations Other needs at the institutional level that can be achieved: increasing the percentage of passing the baccalaureate, initiating partnerships with economic agents with facilities for qualifications with a high degree of interdisciplinary, increasing by 10% the demand for the educational services offered by LEC.
PAS LEC 2019-2025 establishes, through the SWOT analysis, the weak points regarding the internationalization and the increase in the quality of the instructional-educational process: insufficient practice partnerships, the decrease in graduate, motivation, projects especially for teacher training. The project is the answer to the main requirement of increasing the quality and efficiency of the instructional-educational process, by ensuring an education for sustainable development through the exchange of good practices, creating a real organizational culture, increasing the weight of student-centered teaching-learning strategies on practice, the development of work skills in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and the dynamics of technological evolution, the achievement of practical training of students at economic agents that offer conditions for activities in the electrical/electronic field, which will allow them access to the international labor market, the accumulation of experiences in real situations, the evaluation of the level of theoretical and practical training and communication skills in a foreign language, taking into account the requirements of a job in the European space.
