The general objective was and is to improve the quality of the educational process of LTNB through involvement in projects within the Erasmus+ program. We set out to develop the necessary educational premises so that students can benefit from the opportunities of the economic environment, in a very dynamic marketing market. The specific objectives of the project were: O1. The development of specialized skills by supporting practical-applicative activities in the field of marketing and advertising, within a company with a specific profile in Spain, by 28 students, the qualification of technician in economic activities, to facilitate the transition to the labor market; O2. The creation and development of a set of skills and attitudes necessary to adapt to different professional, social and cultural environments, through language training activities and cultural activities in Spain of the 28 students of LTNB, the qualification field of technician in economic activities; O3. Increasing the competitiveness of LTNB to support a quality educational process, to meet the needs of students and the labor market, in the field of marketing and advertising, by initiating educational partnerships at the European, local and regional level.
As a general goal, we proposed the development of an educational framework at the LTNB level to facilitate the transition of students from school to the economic environment effectively through learning activities based on internships in companies in Spain. We applied for this project because in this way we can solve a number of students' needs such as: a greater number of hours of practical activities in the real economic environment; the need to develop skills in correlation with the realities of the economic environment; the need to develop social skills. Thus, through this project we proposed the creation of new partnerships with European educational partners and the transfer of good practices in the local and even regional educational environment; the development of both professional and social skills, such as those for integration into new cultural or economic environments; better recognition of skills through the Europass mobility document and ECVET; the involvement of students with high educational risk; developing the capacity of the Nicolae Balcescu Technological High School in Voluntari to implement European educational projects.
