Background

The project-BCBE is the continuation of the initiative started with Better Prepared for the European Labor Market, coming to meet the needs of the school and students from 3 farsighted specializations, Telematics, Media Production and Electricity, demanded on the labor market, well paid, but where a topical training is needed. The didactic approach, focused more on the amount of information, and the inadequate material base, determines the impossibility of carrying out quality practical activities in school. The economic agents whom we collaborate are not willing or do not have the necessary resources to invest in the training of students to accept rejections specific to the learning period, or do not have trained staff as tutors. The present BCBE project addressed the level 4 of qualifications, of a high level of complexity of the necessary competencies, which requires access to an updated, quality material base, which can assure the practical training, and guidance from specialists in the field, up to date with the latest market trends. These specializations require a high level of motivation from the students - some aspects are not easy to understand and require a high level of attention, patience and involvement to be mastered
