Background

The reasons why the Vox Civica Association decided to apply for this mobility project are the following: - The theme of this course was about European funding programs and in particular about the Erasmus + Program; - Our organization wants to develop the skills of its members in the area of writing and to implement projects under the Erasmus + Program, especially on mobility projects and those of development partnerships; - Several schools in Buzau identified the need to train staff to write Erasmus + projects and asked us to form a consortium and submit an application together; - The partner organizations in the consortium also identified a number of needs that they wanted to start addressing by involving such a project. These needs are: - The need to internationalize partner organizations in the general context of globalization; - The need to develop multilingualism within partner institutions, as part of internationalization - The need for a better understanding of the values promoted by the European Union, the traditions and customs of the communities throughout the Union.
