Objectives

Through the implementation of the project we wanted and succeeded : Improving the functioning mechanisms of the association and optimizing the management of human resources Increasing the quality and attractiveness of non-formal education activities for adult learners Increasing the access capacity of European funds and ensuring a greater impact of projects Increasing the quality of European projects and partnerships by improving language skills (English language skills)

Background

The activities carried out in recent years by the URS testify to the international expansion and consolidation of the network of European partners. The collaboration with associations from different countries in the context of strengthening partnerships for the projects we have initiated and for which we have tried to obtain funding has broadened the horizons of our association. At the same time, some shortcomings have been unequivocally highlighted, so that the actions undertaken can be more effective and, at the same time, allow the association to set increasingly ambitious goals. The aim of our project is to increase the professional competences of the staff in order to improve the functionality of the association and the quality of the non - formal education activities created for adults. In order to achieve this goal, URS has developed a two - year plan that foresees transnational mobilities allowing members to attend training courses abroad with partners with vast experience and outstanding results in the field of adult education, with the aim of acquiring key competences for professional development. The mobility plan aims to meet the training needs of the association's staff at both organisational and professional level.
