Objectives: 1. Development by 20% of the professional coaching skills of 6 trainers of the association by participating in 2 European courses in the period 12.2020-12.2022 - the trainers of our association work with adults, they need to improve their professional skills 2. The development by the 6 trainers participating in 2 European courses in the period 12.2020-12.2022 of 4 instruments with the role of transfer and exploitation in the county and in at least 4 other counties: 4 training courses for adults (ICF coaching and internationalization of the institution) and 1 best practice guide on how to design more engaging adult courses 3. Improving the quality of our association's training courses by updating them with the methods, means and tools acquired within the 2 streams in the period 12.2020-12.2022 4. The development of the European dimension of the association by participating in 2 European courses in which the participants in the 2 streams identify 5 potential European partners in order to achieve a strategic partnership KA2 in the period 12.2020-12.2022
The Account Etic Expert Association, known especially under the name "Change Destines", carries out training, reorientation and professional retraining activities, being located in the center of Craiova, in a well-equipped modern building. The association has 4 founding members, 48 active, volunteer members, organized in 4 departments: Projects, Marketing and Social. The motto of the association is "WE KNOW, WE CAN AND CHANGE DESTINY", its purpose being given by the desire to help adults and young people from vulnerable families with a low socio-economic level who left school early and became unemployed, or who graduated from different forms of schooling, but the material shortcomings and high unemployment in the area lead to their inability to find a proper job. The mission of the association: Promoting models of education through quality experience, which develop life skills as a sustainable development strategy of society. This project is a way to fulfill the European Development Plan in order to improve/solve the needs of the association. Its purpose is to increase the level of professional skills of our trainers, especially those of teaching reading/writing/comprehension skills to adults with reduced skills, so as to provide an attractive, interactive training offer, respecting the principles of quality education for adults.
