oday's young people, from all over Europe, face the transition from school to the labor market. This aspect is correlated with statistics that confirm that 7.9 million young people, aged between 15 and 29, are unemployed, while 13.2 million are unemployed. This is the main reason why we developed this project, which can contribute and support the labor market integration process of young people from the 6 participating communities. The project had as its theme the training of 30 young people for the labor market, i.e. equipping young people with tools that allow them to make a well-founded (responsible) choice in what to prepare and orient towards a certain career, as well as equipping them with certain indispensable skills to enter the labor market. The choice of this theme was not accidental, given the European and national context regarding youth employability. The objectives of the project were as follows: O1. Increasing the level of knowledge, skills and positive attitudes of 30 young people, to facilitate their access to the labor market by the end of the project. The participants developed the basic skills necessary for access to the labor market (how to look for a suitable job for their training, how to write a correct CV, how to present at an interview, etc.) and how they can develop their occupational area or requalifies (participation in courses, involvement in projects, ESC, training and training internships, etc.). O2. Improving the counseling and professional guidance services offered to the associations involved to increase social equity with a view to the social inclusion of a minimum of 120 young people (20/community) by the end of the project. The organizations involved, through the experience gained within this project, have developed similar actions/projects at the local level to help young people in choosing a profession, to help/assist them in finding a job. O3. Identifying good practices regarding increasing the adaptability of young people to the demands of the labor market and supporting the entrepreneurial initiative of young people through working with young people at the local level. At the partnership level, we exchanged examples of good practice regarding projects and activities that support young people for their personal and professional development.
