Our project reached the priorities of the Erasmus+ program through the activities we carried out for inclusion, equality, diversity and non-discrimination among young people. At the same time, through the activities of the Dissemination Stage, the project had an impact at the level of the local community and in the communities where the young people came from. The project started with a questionnaire given to the partners, the partners in turn disseminating this survey among the young people. Practically, this is how we started building the tree of needs, then we built the Project Objectives that will be achieved through the activities of the Preparation, Implementation and DEOR Stage - and then we finished by drawing up the "Results Tree" - meaning the results and the impact at the level participants, the community and partner organizations. The involvement of all partners and participants in all stages of the project (writing, preparation, implementation and dissemination) and in all the activities we carried out contributed to the achievement of all project objectives. The project was written by young people for young people. A large part of the young people who participated in the writing of the project participated in this project, the partner organizations, just helping them with advice and guiding the facilitators and group leaders in the use of non-formal education methods to achieve our goal and the objectives of the project. The fact that on day 7 we had a social event in which we involved the young participants, local authorities, volunteers and students from the Mihai Eminescu General School was a plus for the confidence of the participants and for achieving the objectives. The fusion of European cultures made the young people understand that we are all part of the great European family. The four objectives achieved through the project activities are: 1 At the end of the project, the 44 young people present felt socially included and non-discriminated. This was achieved through the activities of ed. Informal Debate, Albatross and other activities during the 9 days of activities. In order to ensure the learning context and leaving the comfort zone, the participants were put in the situation to interact with a culture that they have never seen before and which is different from the one they know in order to learn about stereotypes, discrimination and inclusion. After the session, the debate and reflection on the experience they had in the group. Also, through the living library, we helped to increase empathy and understanding among the participants regarding those who are different from them, for different reasons and in different ways. 2 At the end of the project, the 44 young people acquired new key skills through non-formal education methods: public cafe, albatross, theater and living library - increasing self-confidence as well as other activities during the 9 days. Objective 2 was achieved through non-formal education methods, thus developing cultural, civic, linguistic and "learning by doing" skills 3 At the end of the mobility, the 24 young people with limited opportunities felt socially integrated, began to trust in their own strengths and acquired new key skills to help them in their active life. This happened through the activities of the Public Cafe, the Living Library and other games during the 9 days of activities. Objective 3 was achieved through the methods mentioned above, but the impact on young people with limited opportunities was greater and more visible in relation to the other participants. 4 During the project we designed a type of tripartite cooperation between NGOs, young people and local authorities to be implemented on a larger scale of the main stream type to develop the 5 partner organizations in social inclusion activities in future activities. During the mobility we managed to conclude several local partnerships, and with the help of the workshops in the dissemination stage both in Romania and the partner countries we developed complementary partnerships. The project was a success considering the fact that the feedback received both from the Partners and from the participants was very good. Concretely, this can be seen in the leaders' reports, which were very good!
