Objectives

The members of the Implementation Team knew each other, and the organizational needs of each partner coincided: youth workers who have little information about leadership, low level of coordination skills, lack of motivation, low level of knowledge about teamwork and application of non-formal education methods in working with young people (needs found following the SWOR analysis made within each partner). All these needs were the tree of needs made by the partners in the Writing Stage of the project. Then we built the resulting tree that helped us in designing activities that would lead to the achievement of objectives. Following the monitoring and evaluation of the objectives by the Implementation Team, we can say that the objectives assumed by the Funding Application have been achieved. In this way: Objective 1 was achieved in the 3 Stages of the Project (Preparation, Implementation and Dissemination). After selecting the youth workers - YW - according to the participant's profile, each partner trained their workers. The preparation stage helped the Sending Organization - SO - and the Hosting Organization - HO - to understand the expectations of the participants. In the implementation stage we focused on activities such as: What's my leadership style? Simulation and Coaching - activities from which youth workers have understood what their role is, what work style suits them and what non-formal education methods they can use to improve their skills and implicitly the key competencies of working with young people and to be true leaders. In the Dissemination stage, they had the opportunity to put into practice what they learned through coordination, mentoring or coaching done in their organizations. The Implementation Team kept in touch with them, monitoring them and giving them advice whenever they needed it. They were the direct link of the SO with CPDIS (Coordinating Organization -HO). They helped us to shape new follow-up projects, and the number of volunteers in the SO increased. The main knowledge consisted of: - Better managerial coordination - A better understanding of the Erasmus + program - New knowledge related to non-formal education and leadership methods - Teamwork - Methodology for coordinating volunteer teams Objective 2. This was achieved during the entire implementation period of the project, in the sense that each Stage of the project mattered. In the OS Preparation stage, they found out what the workers' expectations are and what they want to focus on. Then I communicated with the project trainer and the Implementation Team, the mobility design being made according to their expectations. In the Implementation stage we had specific sessions that motivated, developed and helped YW in developing skills. The activities that led to it are: Simulations, coaching sessions, school sessions, mentoring sessions and even storytelling. In the Dissemination Stage stage, YWs implemented workshops in their organizations so that they put into practice the acquired skills. The main skills acquired were: - Ability to work in a team - Ability to crown a team of volunteers - Ability to put into practice workshops for disseminating results - Ability to do conflict management sessions in a team - Ability to put into practice the methods of non-formal education - Ability to mentor especially young people with reduced opportunities Goal 3 was achieved by setting work targets for the 29 youth workers. In general, they dedicated their time in the organization by developing new partnerships, writing new project proposals (projects applied to the next DL) and especially by developing non-formal education methods in their organization, they being the main "engine" . The skills acquired during the mobility helped them in their personal development, but they also helped the organizations through organizational development.
