The general objective of the project was to develop and promote the principle of equal opportunities and gender among 30 young people from 6 European communities by identifying the main problems faced by women in terms of equal opportunities and gender. At the same time, we set out to increase the level of awareness of the communities regarding equal opportunities and gender and sexual harassment. The specific objectives of the project were to identify the challenges faced by young people from rural areas/disadvantaged neighborhoods in the 6 communities involved, in relation to gender equality, the development of local projects with a similar theme, the development of new youth exchanges in the near future and creating/promoting educational materials regarding gender equality among young people. Obiectivul general al proiectului l-a constituit dezvoltarea si promovarea principiului egalitatii de sanse și de gen in randul a 30 de tineri din 6 comunitati europene prin identificarea principalelor probleme cu care se confrunta femeile in ceea ce priveste egalitatea de șanse si de gen. Totodata, ne-am propus sa crestem gradului de constientizare al comunitatilor privind egalitatea de sanse si de gen si hartuirea sexuala. Obiective specifice ale proiectului au fost identificarea provocarilor cu care se confrunta tinerii din mediul rural/cartiere defavorizate din cele 6 comunitati implicate, in raport cu egalitatea de gen, dezvoltarea unor proiecte locale cu tematica similara, dezvoltarea unor noi schimburi de tineret in viitorul aproiat si realizarea/promovarea unor materiale educative privind egalitate de gen intre tineri.
