The aim of this project was to diminish the number of young people who fall victim of job offers that are fake, insecure or to the ones that defy the law. The objectives of this project focused on the participation of 28 young people from Romania, Hungary and Poland, in a project with a hot subject among young people - finding a job - with a mobility that lasted 8 days but with an impact that is meant to stretch over a longer period of time, both in the communities of the participants, and at national and European level. The participants have gained relevant knowledge on how to identify dangers in the labour market and are now aware of society's realities regarding discrimination at the workplace and human trafficking. The participants are now better informed about the right to work and to social protection and do hold legislative knowledge and understand the implication of choosing a job. They understand the role of trade unions, the importance of negotiating in a company and how they can ask for their rights. Due to the activities and games of the project, they have also developed their capability of correctly identifying and alerting the institutions in case of human trafficking, becoming more active and reactive towards the threats from the European labour market. One of the projects’ objectives helped the participants learn how to fill in and use their Youthpass Certificate and Europass CV being coached one-on-one by a multinational recruiter.
