The Empower project took place between May 2020 and December 2021 in Craiova, Romania. The mobility period (training course) took place between 7 and 21 August 2021. The main objective of the project was to develop working skills to create resilience to change the school cycle of young people in rural areas for 35 youth workers in Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia and Macedonia for 14 days. The secondary objectives were: - Initiation during the 14 days of the course of the 35 youth workers from the 5 countries participating in the use of elements from 3 non-formal methods of working with young people in rural areas who are going to change the learning cycle. - Improving the skills of interaction and relationships with young people in rural areas that change the school cycle. - Capitalizing on successful practices in working with young people in rural areas that change the school cycle by creating an online network.
