Obiectivele proiectului Work Your Way Up au fost urmatoarele: 1. Creșterea competentelor (aptitudini-cunostinte-atitudini) antreprenoriale pentru un număr de 32 de participanti in perioadele pre - mobilitate - mobilitate si post mobilitate prin participarea directă la activitățile proiectului 2. Imbunatățirea competențelor personale, sociale și de invățare pentru participanții la schimbul de tineri prin implicarea acestora in fiecare faza a proiectului - element importanta in crearea abilităților legate de găsirea unui loc de muncă. 3.Creșterea și stimularea competențelor multilingvistice in randul celor 32 de participanti prin activitățile planificate - aceste competente fiind esențiale in dezvoltarea personala și profesionala a tinerilor implicati in proiect. 4. Dezvoltarea capacitatii de lucru și profesionalizarea continua la lucratorilor organizatiilor din consortiul de proiect prin cresterea experienței de lucru in mediul international și imbunatățirea competențelor generale de management a proiectelor internationale in perioada dedicata prezentului proiect. The objectives of the project where the following: 1. Increasing the entrepreneurial competences (skills-knowledge-attitudes) for a number of 32 participants in the pre-mobility - mobility and post-mobility periods through direct participation in the project activities 2. Improving personal, social and learning skills for participants in the exchange of young people by involving them in each phase of the project - an important element in creating skills related to finding a job. 3. Increasing and stimulating multilingual skills among the 32 participants through the planned activities - these competences are essential in the personal and professional development of the young people involved in the project. 4. Development of the working capacity and continuous professionalization of the workers of the organizations in the project consortium by increasing the work experience in the international environment and improving the general competences of management of the international projects during the period dedicated to this project.
