Craftastic is an 8-day youth exchange, held in Tirgu Frumos, Baiceni, Iasi, Romania, involving 40 participants, aged between 18 and 30, from 8 countries: Romania, France, Estonia, Turkey, Spain, Portugal Greece and Czech Republic. The topics addressed by the project are: environmental protection, recycling and entrepreneurship. The aim of the project is to inform 40 young Europeans about the necessity of plastic recycling and the entrepreneurial opportunities resulting from the recycling of waste. The objectives of this mobility are: - Developing entrepreneurial skills among 40 young people from 8 countries through participation in wareness of 500 young people from 8 countries about the effects of plastic pollution on communities, families and on them, as well as about the concrete ways in which they can recycle through the planning and implementation of a creative marketing campaign during the youth exchange. - Promoting environmental protection among 100 young people from all 8 communities involved by organizing at least 2 local events (eg: exhibition of products created by 40 participants from recycled materials, plastic recycling campaign) . Among the results of the project, we mention: - simulation of 5 examples of companies, created by young participants, who will approach sustainable strategies, will create prototypes of products / services that use pet and other packaging, - 5 films to promote environmental protection and presentation of participants' ideas on recycling, - a rural youth center with a permanent exhibition of products made of recycled materials, - an event to complete the project, - an online marketing campaign to promote environmental protection
