Within the project, the following was achieved: -Increasing the degree of professional training of students, graduates and school staff, through collaboration with internationally renowned external partners. -Encouraging students, graduates and school staff to achieve new learning results. This was provided by the project by supporting the participants in the development of knowledge, skills and key attitudes in the medical field, by applying new European concepts of patient care. -Developing the language skills of the participants, taking into account that the project included partners from countries whose citizens speak Italian, German, Spanish or English. -Facilitating the transition of students and graduates from the professional training offered by the school to occupying a place on the domestic or international labor market. This was made possible by the participants carrying out professional, cultural, social and linguistic activities and experiences during the mobilities they participated in. -The participation of the staff in job shadowing activities, led to the development of the professional horizon, with positive implications on the transmission of new experiences to the students.
The good results obtained by the participants in previous projects, the interest of students, graduates and teaching staff in participating in the VET mobility projects determined the school management to apply for this project. The reasons for the project were: -Fulfillment of the objectives established by the school's internationalization strategy for the period 2021-2027 -Obtaining Europass Mobility Documents. This document is essential for graduates for employment on the European labor market and for Staff it is proof of participation in professional development activities -The European VET Charter document that the school owns, obliges St. Joseph School to carry out quality European projects. The main objective of the project was to improve the education and professional training system of future nurses, as well as the continuous improvement of teaching and management staff through job shadowing activities. This objective was fulfilled in 100% proportion, by carrying out mobilities in renowned medical institutions in Italy, Austria and Spain.
