Through this project, the Edunet Association proposed the following specific objectives: 1. Internationalization and increasing the quality of student training through the participation of 60 students in a European training placement, developing professional skills and the ability to use modern medical technologies, becoming better prepared for easier integration into work. 2. The development of the participants' communication skills in a foreign language, cultural communication skills with patients from other cultures, their familiarization with care standards and the European health system, with European values and norms, which offer them increased chances of employment on the European labor market. 3. Increasing the European dimension of the training in the two schools, adapting the training to the specifics of the European labor market by carrying out an exchange of experience and transfer of good practices and European models in practice-based training.
The project "Professional training of nurses at the European standards through clinical internships in Europe" aimed to train students from Scoala Postliceala EDUNET Craiova and Scoala Postliceala Sanitara Edunet Bailesti to international standards, the Generalist Medical Assistant qualification, by participating in training placements in health facilities in Europe. The project was included in the Mobility Plan assumed in the VET Mobility Charter 2017-1-RO-01-KA109-037831 and followed the achievement of the objectives of the Internationalization Strategy, assumed by the two schools, to train medical assistants with competences at international standards, capable of easily integrating into the labor market and being competitive on a national and European level.
