The implementation of the project followed: Optimizing the professional training of students by acquiring or developing new skills in an organization/company from abroad; Optimizing the adaptation of students to the requirements of future positions/jobs; The acquisition/development of "KSC" specific to the field of general training, through a practical training internship abroad, for the purpose of a better transition from school to working life. Acquisition/development of key transferable skills and practical, entrepreneurial, organizational skills, efficient management of labor relations, use of IT programs in the field. Communication in a foreign language, elements of ethics and professional communication, availability to work tasks, fulfilling all the requirements of the 2016 occupational standards.
The project aimed to facilitate the transfer of trainees from school to active life through professional training and the accumulation of practical training experience within competent organizations in the field. The mobilities had as their objective the acquisition/development of technical skills in the field of automation and electrical installations. It was applied to give our students an extra chance, compared to other students, from identical or similar profiles in Brasov, to acquire or develop new theoretical and practical skills in the field of technical and professional training, specific to the school. Following the situation generated by the C 19 pandemic, the projected flows for 2020 have undergone changes. The essential difference compared to 2019 is that no money was lost from the allocated budget.
