Through this project we aimed to achieve the following specific objectives: OB.1: professional development of 140 VET students,5 recent graduates and 12 VET staff from 5 school units that are members of the VET consortium "4EU.Mob" by gaining skills, knowledge and attitudes which are relevant for their qualification and labor market through mobility OB.2: implementation of international training courses included in the preparation of students through the development of sustainable partnerships with European companies relevant to the occupational fields for which we offer training The first objective is related to the consortium's strategic objective to develop mobilities for students and VET staff as well as to increase their quality. Our focus was on documenting, recognition of the learning results gained through Europass and ECVET and their integration into the curriculum. The second specific objective contributes to the achievement of the strategic objective which aims at expanding and consolidating the network of international, national, regional or local partners that provide the opportunity for professional training to the standards required by the labor market and ensure a European dimension to the educational approach.
We applied the project entitled "Erasmus+ Opportunities and Challenges, 2020" in order to develop the internationalization process of 5 educational units in the counties of Timis, Caras Severin and Mehedinti, all members of the mobility consortium "4 EUMob". The Fine Arts High School in Timisoara coordinated and created the conditions that ensured a modern and competitive professional education and training, the skills and international work experience necessary for our students to enter the increasingly globalized labor market. The objectives of the internationalization strategy of the consortium for 2018-2022 were: O1: up to 5% of the students in the "4EUMob" consortium have completed abroad at least one training module in the curriculum through a gradual increase, 100% of mobilities were carried out through ECVET; O2: up to 30% of the VET teaching staff in the consortium have benefited from training stages abroad; O3: to maintain the 10 current partnerships and add at least 5 new partners, one new ECVET, that can contribute to mobilities.
