Background

The INSI project was written in collaboration with other private organizations in Europe, focused on the education of socially disadvantaged adults. The global context in 2020 was the migration crisis, the medical crisis, the globalization of the labor market. That is why we proposed to come to the support of the local community to solve the problem of unemployment, through the social insertion of the unemployed in the region. Let's help the unemployed find a suitable job according to their theoretical and practical qualifications and skills. Last but not least, we strengthened the qualification level of the members of the partner organizations, who, through the activities within the partnership, improved their level of activity by learning from the experience of other partners. Within the partnership, we have developed an awareness system for the young and adult unemployed, through training courses with those from the target group. They learn self-knowledge techniques so that they know exactly who they are, what they can do and especially what they want from a job. We created a platform with jobs and taught them how to use it, new knowledges and skills useful in the active research of job and for their future employments.
