The pandemic broke out worldwide in March 2020, and for at least 4 months, students learned online. The teaching, learning, evaluation process was faced with an unprecedented situation, not only at the level of the schools that were partners in the project, but at the global level, for the entire educational system, namely: ensuring the continuity of teaching, the learning process, evaluation in any conditions of risk, including in the pandemic created by Covid 19. The statistical data provided by the analyzes of the school situations at the end of the 2019-2020 school year of the partner schools in the project, as well as the evolution of the school in the new conjunctural state, determined the need to train teachers to acquire teaching, learning and assessment skills using modern teaching methods, learning and assessment through the use of computers and digital in Covid 19 conditions, but also in any risk conditions.
