The project Support for gifted students - "Gifted up" is based on a task European school development plan that every student should receive support in accordance with individual capacities. The specific objectives of the project rely on the contents of the course "Stimulating creativity and innovation in the classroom/innovative teach - motivated student: collaborative problem”: - Developing active and constructive involvement of students in class work - Improvement of teamwork skills - Exchange of experiences and intercultural practices in a cooperative and collaborative learning process - Application of the principle that "teachers sometimes become students, and sometimes students teach." - Developing divergent thinking skills in gifted students - Encouraging brain storming and encouraging students to come up with different ways problem solutions. - Appreciation of different opinions - Development of cooperative and collaborative learning - Improving the competence of teachers and professional associates in working with web tools that will apply for the production of enriched materials for working with the gifted. - Introduction to interactive whiteboards, virtual pen and google documents; The use of the "Cloude" system and digital books in working with gifted students. - Improvement of teacher competencies in work with new methodologies - new methodology driving question.
