One of the main goals of the project was the professional development of students and teachers in the field of electrical engineering, PLC system programming, Arduino programming. Acquainting students and teachers with the latest technologies, innovations in the field of programming enables the development of professional knowledge, skills and competences, the application of which contributes to the deepening of the profession and the success of teaching, various projects, innovations and competitions. The application of newly acquired knowledge and methods will awaken the curiosity of students and teachers, increase motivation and have a positive impact on the entire educational process. By mastering innovative learning techniques and self-evaluation, it will contribute to both the professional and personal development of students and teachers. Another important goal of the project, in addition to developing professional competences, is raising the level of awareness and understanding of the cultures of other students' countries, their traditions and way of life. Strengthening social equality, solidarity, convergence of different cultures and openness to accept other people contributes to breaking down stereotypes.
Through the project the students acquired competitive and innovative knowledge and skills, which are of significant value and advantage when participating in the labor market. As for the needs of the national labor market, analyzes show that professions - and our school implements educat. programs for them - are poorly present in the Republic of Serbia: CNC machine operator, mechatronics technician, computer electrical technician, computer control technician. Thus, we respond to the needs of the labor market. We strive to give excellent motivation to students to see their education as a tool to use to improve their quality of life and personal progress. Our aim is to present students through mobility,that their knowledge and skills are adaptable both on the domestic and international labor market. The development of technology and the increasingly complex work processes make it necessary to enter the labor market for professionals who have a much more advanced system approach and problem-solving ability than usual. It is extremely important for students to continuously improve their knowledge, skills, and creativity, and to remain open-minded, as this will be the difference between human resources and robots in the coming decades.
