Being aware of our responsibility as pedagogues and the importance of professional development and modernization of teaching, we believe that the realization of the project "Educators for modern education" would contribute to the development of the competencies of pedagogues necessary for everyday work and empowering pedagogues to effectively deal with different situations in their professional work. Also, the Pedagogical Society of Serbia itself is strengthened through the professional development of its members.
With this project, we want to strengthen the cooperation between the members of the Pedagogical Society of Serbia by including a larger one number of members in the activities of implementation and dissemination of the knowledge and skills acquired in the courses and thus we motivate them for active participation in the work of the company, which leads to strengthening the capacity of the company to become an organization of greater importance. In order to improve the work of pedagogues and the Pedagogical Society as a whole, it would be very important and useful to exchange knowledge and experiences with colleagues from other countries. By participating in the "Teachers for Modern Education" project, we want to establish cooperation with colleagues from other countries with whom we could develop new projects focused on the topic introduction and application of innovations in daily work with both students and employees.
