Our goals for the project have been to... - allow more teachers to be further trained in developing teaching and learning in interaction with other countries in Europe. - develop strategies to increase mental health among students and take advantage of good examples from other countries. - share good experiences with teachers from other countries. - build networks with teachers in Europe. - develop and improve digital teaching by discussing and sharing the experiences of others.
Through Erasmus+, we have been given a great opportunity to start realizing our plan to develop our international network at Broholmskolan. Several of our teachers have previously been on further training in Europe, who through their experiences have spread the desire from other teachers to have the same opportunity. In order to deepen contact with Europe's various school systems, we want more of our teachers to have the opportunity to further their education through Erasmus+. We have a good collaboration with LEAP, which arranges various courses that meet our needs and goals. The courses are well organized and the participants can feel safe, which is important for those who are not used to travelling. The contacts we acquired through Erasmus+ have also led to the fact that there are individuals who would like to shadow colleagues in Europe and we saw this as a deepening in the development of international networks. We also wanted to broaden our horizons and find new partner schools that we can collaborate with in other projects such as Erasmus+ exchange. It has also been important for teachers to increase their knowledge of other countries in Europe and their school systems through exchange of experiences.
