At the organisational (local and international level) the main overall objective of the project was improved quality in wokplace-based learning (WBL) with a focus on assessing students based on the WBL learning goals from Sweden abroad. Furthermore, the project targeted the evelopment of knowledge and skills for students within their respective fields of study as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
The project sought to improve the quality of Erasmus+ VET traineeships with the help of the ECVET framework. The main goal was to align the learning goals for the students in accordance with the Swedish curriculum. Another goal was for students who took part in the exchanges to develop more knowledge and skills in their respective areas of study, as well as personal development goals.
