Our cultural exchange is on the theme integration, environment and unemployment among young people especially in cultural and social field. We focus on dancers and dance entusiasts who want to in the future either dance professionally or work with social or environmental matters. We wanted to develop solutions in those fields and gave participants opportunity to find partners to cooperate in the future. Viksjöforsbaletten is a small organization that has been working for many years for culture, integration and environmental protection. Thanks to its experience and a wide base of contacts, it is a great organization and place for gaining new knowledge. Due to the fact that we operate in a small community, we could involve participants in sharing their passions with others. Locally we involve young people who like to dance but doesn't have a courage and opportunity to develope in international context. Some are insecure and tend to withdraw but when they participated with a role in project workshops the interest for the project topic grew day-by-day and personalities turned more open. Dance has a huge impact in the process of human integration in the emotional, cognitive, physical and social sphere. Project activities and dance expressions reflect very accurately the way of thinking and experiencing emotions. Dance is a cultural activity supporting communication among people. It largely meets our need for integration. Thanks to various community activities such as dance and movement classes with children from a nearby school, orienteering with a sports club, activities showing the culture and heritage of our region with Långheds Bygdegård, we showed that our social commitment and use of our skills bring groups in local society closer to each others and create better conditions for learning by non-formal experience. Our YE was spending time in a creative way and we worked in various group constellations. Unfortunatelly, due to covid, Portuguese partner "H2O"-Associação de Jovens was not with us, not even online (we tried to realize plan B and perform blended activities but could not fulfill this trial). We learnt that an active, risk taking and creative person can cope much better. Such activity contributes to self-awareness and selfesteem. In the preparation of a logo and a poster for the project we saw possibilities for symbolic values. Youth exchange 'Dance More!' shows the importance of cultural activities, dance for integration, promotes intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity via dance. We discovered benefits with a healthy lifestyle (physical practice in dance and body expression) as well as we promoted international cooperation in the field of youth. We had daily causion for environmental matters, such as collecting all food leftovers for nearby hens where we got morning eggs. We were washing our utensils for meals and we were sorting trash and used recycled material in every possible way. Every day there were various reachout sessions with local associations, i.e. Långheds bygdegård, UNESCO world heritage (farmsteads), UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and Kulturskolan. Part of press clippings as follows: ‘The sunny weather was inspiring for dance, so eventually, spontaneous Basque folk dancers stepped out, with continuation in Swedish dance named 'shottis'.’ See more about activities on https://www.facebook.com/groups/963666744376773
