Youth Exchange "Theory of Reason" is aimed towards unlocking the potential of our participants. Their potential to think critically and independently through understanding our own limitations and flaws in thinking. In this project we will explore different ways of gaining knowledge, our biases and fallacies people use, by looking at several issues in European society. We would like to encourage our participants to think outside of the box, view issues from different perspective and as a result become more tolerant and understanding of the world and the issues surrounding them in Europe as well as their local communities. This project will hopefully improve the social skills of our participants and raise their awareness in the field of minority inclusion, media literacy and help them form their opinions taking into account different perspectives. This would encourage them to be more brave and active in the society and improve their employability.
