The aim of the project was to increase the ecological awareness and awareness of human activities among young people and to contribute to solving environmental problems and reducing environmental damage. We sought to attract young people to ecological topics, to awaken their self-awareness and to encourage them to work in teams, to involve community, to learn to collaborate, to share experiences with partners. Non-formal education activities and various methods within the project helped participants to develop their self-expression, creativity, initiative. This was one way to increase the employment rate of young people and to engage them in public benefit activities, to increase their cognitive boundaries. In nature, everything is harmonious until that harmony is broken by man. We discussed this during the project. When it comes to responsible waste management and sustainable consumption, sorting is just one of many ingredients. It is important not only to sort, but to use responsibly what in a few minutes or in seconds will become waste. We talked to professionals about the various ecological issues and how we could each contribute to their solution. And we could start with small actions that eventually became habits that are good for nature and that lead to great change.
