We signed up for the project primarily out of a desire to provide improved competences of our professional staff, which includes knowledge of a foreign language, media literacy, raising the quality of our programs and activities with children, different and innovative work methods and approaches, work with potentially talented children and their families . We strived to strengthen the capacity of professional staff to introduce changes and innovations in the field of methods, didactics and work tools (especially with children who show higher potential).
We applied for the project because we realize that in a globalized and international world, it is no longer sufficient to think within our own borders, but it is necessary to turn outwards, overcome our fears and start to connect and cooperate internationally.
