At Gimnazija Celje - Center, we follow the guidelines for sustainable development. Herein lies the motivation to meet the needs of the modern learning community and ensure the competitiveness of our students in the future labour market. At the end of the 2014-2021 perspective, the previous mobility projects as part of KA1 were upgraded with the aforementioned project, which built a common philosophy of learning through experience and provided spatial conditions for testing innovative work methods. We actively connected formal and informal education by researching international practices, presented new ways of cooperation with local partners (in public and economic sectors) and profited from the opportunities of the digital revolution combining the values of tolerance, solidarity, inclusion and integration, thus aiming to continue to strive for all stakeholders to have the same opportunities regardless of their social or cultural background. The project also nurtured and encouraged professionalism, competitiveness and the increase of language and organizational competence of teachers. In addition, the school successfully expanded its partner network and started new mobility and strategic partnership projects.
