Project Objectives: 1. Deepen knowledge in the field of neuroscience. 2. Experience the operation of various didactic concepts and tools in an international environment with diverse cultural norms that support active learning using ICT. 3. Critically evaluate European educational systems, didactic approaches, and tools that support active learning. 4. Test and internationally validate the operation of developed teaching models with the student at the center of the learning process and the teacher in the role of a moderator using ICT. 5. Develop professional training that empowers teachers both theoretically and practically to establish a teaching model with the student at the center of the learning process and teachers in the role of moderators. 6. Raise the level of language proficiency in the field in a foreign language.
We wanted to support professional workers on two levels: in further developing their professional competencies and in sharing their knowledge with the broader professional community. Focus on the individual was: 1. Those who had not yet had international experience. We aimed to expand the effects of project activities to as many employees as possible, not only at a theoretical level (listening to presentations) but at the level of personal experience. 2. For those already involved in the Erasmus program, we aimed to enable the enhancement of their acquired knowledge. We encouraged individuals who had already undergone professional training to participate in observing teaching, and encouraged others to try their hand at teaching. In this way, in addition to acquiring new knowledge, we promoted a more active exchange of that knowledge and thus expanded our knowledge among a broader audience, not just a few individuals who had visited our school. 3. We encouraged everyone to participate in programs in an environment where the language they feel confident in is spoken when it is necessary to communicate in a foreign language. Therefore, we encouraged individuals to travel to German-speaking countries or former Yugoslav countries."
