We have multiplied the examples of good practice, which show dynamism and innovativeness in working with students. We have continued with successful international cooperation and broadening of internationalization. We have prepared our students for the future workplaces. By integrating four host countries, we follow the EU plans. Mobility is more effective if the participants are multilingual, which contributes the improvement of professional competences, but most importantly it increases confidence, positive thinking, sophistication and curiosity. Accompanying students by their teachers is important to guide them when it comes to recognizing the “flexible and soft” forms of competences. We have increased cooperation multiplicity of students and staff in the fields of international networking and have become an institution of socially engaged citizens. We have enabled students that they use the acquired language competences on international activities by using a foreign language on the streets, at their workplace, for making new friends, etc. The students visibly improve in proactivity and independence in their learning process. Help and initiatives from abroad encourage us to persist.
We offer modern approaches to reaching our goals, we raise our students to be more responsible and better prepared for the time when they will need to earn their own keep. We have recognized ECVET as an efficient system of competence evaluation, which ensures quality work at school. School staff is encouraged to take part in mobility as accompanying teachers. We need open-minded individuals, who represent a professional example. Increased language and professional competences contribute to a better students’ educational success, but also more importantly to personal growth of young individuals. For students, gained experience are a great reference when building their future careers. We are strengthening already established international cooperation and we are seeking new partners. Through internationalization, students acquire basic and professional competences for future employment or studies. Parents also appreciate the openness towards the international environment. Those activities encourage students to get acquainted with new approaches to upbringing. They also improve identification of European cultures, they encourage creativity and the focus on finding new solutions. Human resources are our strongest development potential.
